I have been receiving calls from them as well. I have asked for the cause number and other things. No information was given. I do believe that the people saying positive things are from their site. How dare judge someone's situation. I keep getting collection calls for my brother who was 26 and passed away.. he only had a cold. These people will not take that answer or his obituary and death certificate. There is another one that keeps calling from california.
I have received numerous calls from this number with the message "This message is intended for XXX my name is Leah Maxwell. I'm calling in reference to your schedule processing in XXXXX County. I do need to speak with either you or your retained attorney in order to stop this action from proceeding against you. My call back number is 2108880356. I do look forward to assisting you in this matter. Thank you." Has anyone else received a call from this number? I have unfortunately been caught in scams like this before and do not want to fall prey again.
Sue, your call is the beginning of a scam attempt. The Jasmine Fisher poster who is encouraging you to call, is nothing but a Shill or a Scam booster to add validity to the call. They are going to accuse you of owing money, scaring the beejeebees out of you, and then they will offer to make a settlement and make it all go away. Don't even talk to them....
Yes been going on since April changed my phone number. Now different number same crap. I called the police they are research for me. Many scams from 210
You should probably return the call in order to avoid being sued. Maxwell is extremely friendly and helpful. She really worked with my husband and I in order to get this matter stopped.
