Message was left on my unlisted fax line. Guess the fax was turned off that day. And yes, said they were the IRS and a suit was being filed on me. I got a laugh from it, saved it for my kids and googled it to see how many complaints there were on the calling number. I would hope we are all smart enough to realize a scam when it pops up, I guess some are not and that is a bad thing....
I also received a call from this number. I know that the IRS will never just call.They either send an e-mail to you or a letter stating their intent. Tried to call the number back and did not get an answer. It's a scam.
