I keep getting calls from this number as well. I blocked them but I'm still getting calls. When I call back it'd just dead air or just keeps ring and ringing. Any ideas?
Don't return calls to unknown numbers for starters, you never know what could happen with that. You may get a mean charge, an innocent person with no idea their number's being used, and at least confirming your number works. Give it enough time without answering in any way and they may stop.

It's up to you, but that can only be done by those with the benefit of free long distance on a landline, and why would you waste minutes on a telepest? You could easily be the one paying far more than the caller will. If you've got the money and the minutes, more power to you.
