How do you report them - just got a call from them - got a business name and mailing address in SC, even though the number was a TX number. Said I owe a payday loan. They are wrong!
Called and left message that they had legal papers to drop off at my place of business or home address, told me to call them back. call was from TX. I don't live in Texas.
This is a scam where they threaten you with legal papers, they will also call your family and anyone you put down as a reference with an on-line payday loan, don't answer the calls, they also will call your place of employment, these scumbags are not legit! Reported to Ftc, consumer products commission and police, oh they change there number often using phone companies to route them, there from overseas.

Same crap different day. "You have been notified". Servers don't notify. Just a different number from last months same spiel. Reported this more than once. Its garbage. Don't bother to respond.
