They have been calling me non stop for the past three days! I finally picked up after 4 consecutive calls in a row, told the woman I was at work and hung up. I have one item on my credit report that I am currently paying off. I feel as if I owed anyone, it would be on my credit report. I'm not falling for the BS.
Told me I have a payday loan from 2011. When asked how it was received told a check to my address. I didn't live there when this was done. I proceeded to ask for info to be mailed to my address and I would contact my lawyer. Was told the file was just sent back to original debt holder. Pure bull! Want you to go to find my debt.info when I looked it up it's a scam! Watch out!!
Got a call from tacs...only knew that when I called and an automated message that said that's who they were, said they were handling a claim in their office, they even mentioned my name
