Who called from 2107023910

Caller did not leave a message on my personal cell, when I dialed back from the office phone it was a recording, "Your call did not go through, please try your call again.  Zero three seventy" - it repeated four times then disconnected.

Just got a call from this number. Don't know anyone in that area and number isn't recognized by my phone. Didn't leave a voicemail, so blocking  the number.

Called twice today.
I didn't answer.
No message was left.

They called again today. Already blocked caller and a dead air "voicemail" was left. Just leaving the number blocked.

Called and left no message.  I don't answer unless I know number, so assume telemarketer.
