Who called from 2107023910

I get a call from this phone number every couple of days.  They never leave a message. When I answer no one speaks, they just hang up.  Who could they be and what do they want?

I answered and Mofos did not say a thing

This number called me and four times (two on Friday, two on Monday) and left no message. 210-702-3910. Thought it was my insurance company, called it back and it says, "Your call did not go through 098T."

They called and I answered and said they would reduce my car insurance payments.

Called me, I couldn't call back. Who is this???
