Calls all the time. Left message about pre-trial intervention. I don't have anything legal/court related going on.
This is a phone scam. They were calling from other cell phone numbers in the San Antonio, Texas area.
When I checked with the telephone company they said it couldn't be traced because it was a cell phone number
but the area code is San Antonio. Be smart, just don't answer the phone.

I received a call yesterday and again today from this number. Roland Maxwell from pre-trial intervention. He left the exact message yesterday as he did today. He said to contact them today and govern myself appropriately!
I believe if there was any pre-trial anything I would have something in writing and would not be notified via telephone from someone in Texas!
they called me and stated that I would go to jail unless I paid them some money. they must be a bunch of scam artists trying to collect on a payday loan. don't they know that it is illegal to collect on a payday loan by threatening jail time? SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!! Do not pay these clowns a dime - they will not prosecute you because they CAN NOT!
They will have plenty of your personal info because they are debt collectors and they are trying to collect a debt, but they are doing it very illegally. If you doubt this, then just call whoever you had the loan with and they will verify that they are not prosecuting you for a bad loan or even for a so-called worthless check.
