Yes, definitely a scam. When I started asking questions (Nicely, I might add -- things like "who is your company") they said "You're going to jail [***]" and hung up.

Yeah, I THINK it is a scam. They keep calling and saying if I do not call back, they will proceed with a case against me. They don't say what the case is, they do not. mention what court it is in, and the call is. coming from a number in San Antonio. I looked up pre-trial intervention online. It is a real program for first time offenders in minor criminal trials like vandalism or something.
