these scam artist calls are totally annoying and need to be punished severely! Now some jack [***] from 210-960-9020 is calling and its the same voice mail as the one 210-762-5324. If it was a legitate business when you return the call and the voice mail comes on, it should say U have reach the Business and the designate depts. of the person that left the message.First it was a lady calling ,now its Johnathan Farris. its a San Antonio, Tx area
I keep getting calls from Micheal Donahue saying to contact him with an attorney or face the law suit. Yea ok...also keep getting calls from some Indian dude with a thick accent saying I have to respond within 24-48hrs or I will be arrested
Wow, I am glad I googled the phone number! These calls started coming the very day after my Dad died. And there were like 5 phone calls over 1 one-week period from numbers 210-762-5324 and 210-960-9020 with the same message from Justin Debrosky from Petrial Intervention threatening a lawsuit. I actually called them back. I would not give them my Dad's phone number. Only his name. They said they had nothing in the file on him. When I asked who the company was, she hung up on me. Wish I had done a web search on the number before calling.
I've received two calls an hour apart this morning. My messages were from Rachel (couldn't understand last name) at Prego Trial Intervention they had my case in there office and if I, or my attorney, didn't call back today she would presume I am waiving my right to counsel and I should act accordingly. My number came from a similar San Antonio number 210-762-6855. I searched for this number and didn't find anything. I searched for pre trial intervention San Antonio and bingo. This is some sort of collection tactic and of course it's illegal, that's why they hang up when challenged. Collectors cannot threaten in this manner, plus any waiver of right to counsel must always be in writing. Whether you owe a debt or if you've had your identity stolen, just ignore, don't answer and don't call them back. And, certainly, never send someone like this any money. You CANNOT be arrested for a debt. We did away with debtor's prison when we did away with England around 1776.
