I had a message on my machine from his Jason cook I called back and was told that I had a unpaid payday loan that was through Bank Iowa from An Advanced America.net I was told that an arrest warrant was out for me because 1. You have defrauded a financial institution 2. You owe an unpaid payday loan 3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan 5. You will receive a court summons 6. Authorities are coming to arrest you He told me that it was 160 days in jail for a class E felony When I asked for contact info he hung up on me I then called my local sheriffs office and there is no warrant out for me I then did a search for the Advanced America.net got into contact with them I do not have a loan though them and the did not send this to this office for an arrest warrant. I then called this Jason cook back and told him that I had contacted advanced America and that I had no such loan and he disconnected the call. I have reported t FBI Scam Department at https://complaint.ic3.gov/default.aspx and to my local law enforcement it is a scam do not give any info or credit debit check or any form of payment info.

i just got this call also told me all the same thing he was very rude I got Richard kline did any one get him ? I kept calling back and they would hang up on me when I asked more info they would put me on hold then return with info that didn't make any sence to me they just said I was going to jail they didn't ask for money thow so what is the point of this scam now im all nervous how did they get my info
I said earlier I thought that they were located in India. I called the number up and the guy who answered sounded like he had a deep Texas drawl. I think these guys are domestic scammers.
The point is they try to get your information and then they are going to scam you. They did the same thing to me yesterday and had me all upset even though I knew I did not have any payday loans it is upsetting for someone to tell you that you committed larceny and defrauded a financial institution! This people should be ashamed!
