I'm gonna make him feel real good for a second, acting like I'm scared and I WILL DO ANYTHING NOT TOGO TO JAIL!!! Then bust his bubble. Lol And yes I will be reporting him before I call him tomorrow. GOD BLESS ALL
Ive gotten this call multiplt times, they say they are a pretrial intervention for payday loans and that i owe them money and im being sued for 1,018.17 and that this was a felony and i would go to jail...

* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in
Got a call from Jason Cook(210-774-4149). He left a message saying that it was a pretrial intervention and I needed to get back to him by the end of the day with an attorney. I called the number asking for Jason Cook. The person who answered said that Jason left already. He put me on hold for a few minutes, then came back to the phone reporting that I was in trouble for bank fraud because of an unpaid payday loan. He said that a warrant will go out for my arrest the next day if I don't pay $1,018.17. I told him that I don't have the money. I asked for more information concerning the loan and he didn't give any information. I asked could I call him back, but he said he would only be in the office 15 more minutes. He said that he would put the warrant on hold until he hears from me the next morning. I said what is your name. He said Richard Davenport. I knew it was a scam, because how would he have power to put a hold on a warrant and he's supposedly a debt collector.
I just noticed he said my debt was for that exact same amount 1018.17. How is that even possible that we all owe that same amount. I feel so bad for the people actually falling for this scam!
