I had the same thing. I missed it by a day because my autopay was messed up at my bank. They called 20 (not exaggerating) since the day after it was due. The system they have set up online take 3-5 business days for a payment to process and they have been calling these entire 3-5 days! I can't wait to close this card! In fact I am paying it off tomorrow so I can be done with them!
we have had a card with them for over a year too had a family emergency and had to skip one payment they called i explained it they said they would make a note of it and in hrs they called bk so i just dont answer the number i cought it up and they still call i too will get this pd off and never use them again
Be nice! Even though it irritates me when people spell the simplest things wrong, spelling one word wrong does not make a person look ignorant, It just makes you look petty! ..... just saying.
