calling several times a day, no answer. called them this morning, credit one bank....I do not owe them any money, they said they would take my number off their call list
Called 3 times since 830. I Googled the number and found this info. It is Credit One Bank and the funny thing is---my statement just cut 3-15 and is due 4-4. I dont even have a payment due yet--but they feel the need to call me???? I ignored!
They have called me every hour on the hour today. It is Credit One. I realized I had forgotten to make a payment, so I went online to where I normally pay and made a payment. Well the next time they called, I answered. He told me I owed 3 times the amount originally due. I said no and I just made a payment. He told me I need to pay the rest, I said why? My next pymt isn't due for another 3 weeks and I know how much my monthly pymts are. I told him I will pay that online when it's due not to you or anyone else. Then he said he'll make a note of it. Yup, go ahead and make that note buddy. For all of you out there, never pay someone over the phone when they call you, especially to someone who barely speaks English. On top of that, they wanted 3 times the amount that was only a few days late. Good luck!
same thing happen to me 3 days late wanted entire balance . he coundnt speak good english i told him i would make a deposit that day an make payment online but he was really persint about me making it to them so i asked him where he wasat an he said nevada so i asked him did he know where alabama was an he didnt he was really stupid
