Who called from 2109001850

I just got the same phone call and was worried that I declined the call until finding this thread. I live in Summit county but agree that it would be very strange for a call to come through with a TX number. I plan on calling the county jail later to find out and then reporting the call to the police.

Called twice today, it really is Summit County Jail and there was an inmate on the other end, and it was a wrong number....

Another site says it is an advertising associated with Groupon

I received 4 calls from 210-900-1850. I Googled the number and it is a San Antonio Texas area code and there is a Summit County in Texas. However I am sure that tis is voice spam.
