Well, I for one said the a similar comment that other poster did. That the girl who left the message for me sounded "getto toned". I for one didn't say the girl the left my message was black, but I feel that it's 99.9% certain that she was.
I happen to be black myself, so it's not about being racist, its just about characterizing how she sounded. Saying someone sounds, or is "ghetto", is nothing more than typical urban slang.

I am a 43 year old black male, born in New York city, and currently live in West Harlem. I think I am pretty experienced at telling voices apart - be it a "ghetto" black sista' from round-the-way, or a Loca Latina girl from the Bronx, or a White girl from the Upper West Side, or an Italian Lolita from Long Island.
