Caller id displayed "Spartan", rep told me that he was following up with my boss from last week (he knew my bosses name). One problem... our boss passed away 12.25.09. When I told him that he immediately hung up, what a jerk.
One follow up to these jerks... sometimes I act as if I cannot hear them, that there is a bad connection by saying "hello, is anyone there?" then acting as if I'm speaking to the other secretary in our office and saying "we must be still having phone trouble", then another "hello, hello" into the receiver. They get a little "miffed" when you do this! It's great to get back at these jerks though!
