These jokers called several times today looking for my boss. I work for a fundraising company and after the second or third time they rudely hung up after I told them my boss was not here, I just picked up the phone and used one of our prizes on them.....a miniature air horn.
A male repeatedly calls our company from this number, asking for individuals (principals) by name as though we are all best buds. When asked to identify himself, he hangs up.
This person called and it did say not in service. I tried it without 1 in front of the area code and it went to someone's voicemail but they didn't have it set up.... I just wanted to call and let them know I don't appreciate being hung up on. I hate these people they call all the time and are very rude.
Called our business (ID said Spartan Cap) and asked for the president by name. I told them he was not in. Asked for his cell number. I explained that we do not give that number out and that I'd patch him to voice mail or take a message. "no message" *click*
A caller from 212-293-0004 called wanting to sell a buy on a stock. At each break in his delivery, I told him 1) I was in personal bankruptcy 2) I was under indictment 3) I was going to jail in a week 4) I was a ghost 5) I had no arms or legs. He asked if I might just dip my toes into the water and invest with him. I reminded him that would be difficult as I had no legs. He kept true to his speech and kept pressing. You must have fun with these folks, because if they are going to call, they're going to call. I hope he calls back so that I can give him an update on my condition(s).
