We just recived a email from "Eric smith". We called and it was a foreigner claiming to be a attorney and that our "debt" was going to the courts. We called the police and are changing all our information because they have all my husbands information including our joint account.
I never received an actual phone call from him but he continues to email me threatening to take me to court, but his grammar sucks and it is very obvious he is not an attorney. He uses the name Eric Smith with me and uses the same file case number as several others that I have read on here. I want to know how he got all of my information including my social security number.
Got the same message from an Eric Smith, in an email to my address, same phone number, address and lawsuit number 1731984. I too want to know how this person or firm collected my account information and secure data. August 18, 2014.
This is crazy. Just got the same email from Eric Smith. Called the number and got a message that the mailbox is full. Is there any way to report this guy to the authorities!

Eric Smith.. I googled the phone number and found this site... This has to be illegal and some form of harassment... ??
