Received an email from Eric Smith. Called the number and asked for his BAR #, he refused to give it to me. I also asked for the general phone number for his attorney office, and he would not give it to me; also a website. I see the same case number as others on here. I'm going to call my bank, dmv, and the attorney general. This is scary!
Yes the same thing haas been happening to me!! He has all.of my old bank account information and old license number, but i dont live in that state anymore, but for some.reason.has my work number where i work now and my social!!! But i have not taken anything out with this company and.usually when.they have a fake foreign voice like that its usually a scammer, but these emails are scary...wish they would just go.away
Okay mine a little different file # 206A219 but from John Carter, of course for a law suite... This is driving me crazy, has any one check into all of this. I have checked into some they have a few of my things totally wrong and i told them i want proof and more information.
