I received the call saying someone else's name. When I answered to say they don't live here, the Indian accent was so thick that I could barely understand him. He said my computer was full of viruses and did it belong to me. I said yes but I know I don't have viruses and after several times of telling me the same thing, he said he would lock up my computer. I had my daughter unplug it.
1-212-897-6589 <--- do not believe them windows would never call you and ask you for any information.
Do not fall for scams like that, just hang them up next time someone claims they are tech support.
You don't have virus's either your windows defender or whatever you use would tell you that instantly.
