Got a call 5 minutes ago stating that he found my lost credit card. When I asked the dude who he was, he told me I was harrassing him and hung up on me.
Same Here. When I called back, I got a Magic Jack sales pitch and then told the number was not assigned yet.
Looks as if Magic Jack is also in the call center business and tags the outgoing calls with numbers they haven't issued yet in order to preserve anonymity.
i knew it probably would be a telemarketing call, i hesitated but answered and said hello, there was no sound for 10 seconds, and a male voice sang a strange song for 5 seconds or so and then he hung up- very low class, no words to describe this very uncivil person and his call.
This number calls us daily at around 10:30 . When we answer it is always a construction company from 'our local area' . I have repeatedly ask to be removed from their call list and they insist they've never called before.
Do NOT trust this organization. Any my sympathy if you get on their call loist as they are clearly an illegal and disreputaborganization.
