Got a call 5 minutes ago stating that he found my lost credit card. When I asked the dude who he was, he told me I was harrassing him and hung up on me.
Caller asks for us by last name and says they are with our city planning department, but we notice the call is coming from 213, not our area code of 805. When my husband started to inquire who they were, he hung up.
