I was called from this number stating I owe a loan that I made in 2014 supposedly in hilo but I was living in Maui the island I'm currently living on til this day and the lady was very rude telling me I was rude because I was telling the truth and this is not the first time they called and tell me I had a loan in collection but I can avoid further action if I pay 135.00 today but I know this is a scam because this ain't the first time they say to avoid court and even gave me the court date but when I checked they were no such court date for me so just giving people heads up don't give any money to this number its a scam people using old information to scare you
These clowns have been calling for several weeks and left a new message today only giving me either until the end of the day or 24 hours to respond or this matter will escalate. According to my watch, it is way past either deadline and nothing has happened. Listen carefully to the message because no names are mentioned as to who they are attempting to contact. I intend to block their number I am sick of them.

Received a phone call, left a voicemail, from Brad Mitchell with "pre-litigation". They left message stating that I have been named in complaint with the alleged attempt to defraud a financial institution. The did mention my bank account, I do not have, and they did leave a voicemail for human resources to verify employment. I have yet to receive any type of paperwork for any kind of debt. They do not state the company's name they are calling from on any of the voicemails. It is the same "speech" on my voicemail as it is on human resource's. Sounds like a scare tactic to me. They call from 678-890-5917 and ask me to call him back at 888-958-1718 x1150.
These people called me about a supposed unpaid payday loan from Great Plains Lending, the guy was abusive in his demeanor and threatened me with jail if the loan was not paid back. He called me a thief and a liar. I hung up and called back and the "supervisor" answered, kinda sounded like the same person except acting like someone else and very very nice and took my complaints seriously saying they are never supposed to threaten people, I believe his name was Mr. West. I know for a fact that you cant be arrested for an unpaid payday loan and what these people do is highly illegal. I have contacted the authorities about this company and let them know this has happened more than once. This is a scam! Do not let these people bully and threaten you! Start asking for their info and mailed copies of the bill you owe, they will come up with every excuse in the book to not provide it.
