Keep getting many calls from various area codes and phone #'s. Some show up with ALLIED INTERSTATE in the caller ID, some don't. Everytime I answer (when I do), there is nobody there.
I've googled these numbers, whether with/without caller ID and it's always ALLIED INTERSTATE. They are a collection agency, very dishonest and shady.
Every message I've read from people reporting this so-called business is always the same...ALLIED INTERSTATE IS A NASTY PLAGUE, PREYING ON INNOCENT PEOPLE.
I have no clue as to why they are calling me. My credit is impeccable and don't have any debts.
Please add to this site if you, too, are plagued by ALLIED INTERSTATE.
Just got call from these people. Told them to send me paperwork verifying who they are. They just want to keep talking not letting me talk. SaidmI owe a MAstercard bill from 2000. Told them I would check out their company and call them back. Before I could call them back they called me. So I told them again, I would check them out first.
That is Allied Interstate. They are a debt collection agency that have information all over the net about them harrassing people at odd hours, calling the wrong people who don't even owe the debt, and threatening or cussing them. They buy old debt that in most cases isn't even owed, and they fish for info when they call you trying to find out your name, etc. to get to or even find out who owes this debt.
They called and the caller id said "unknown". I checked the message and it read back "213-232-2316". They didn't leave a voice mail but someone was on the line for 30 seconds...I could hear them breathing. Strange.

They asked for my BG and even didnt have his name right !! I said is this a ZOMBIE debt? He said I cant say, well it is and its against the law to call MY number and its also against the law to try to enforce these debts over 7 years old in Calif!
