IT'S A SCAM. - They call often from different #s in Michigan. Kalamazoo and Wayne. They tried to give me a 120$ BP gas card if I would just pay the shipping of 9.95$. I told the lady that I heard about this scam and she starting yelling at me that this isn't a scam. They have the last 4 digits of your visa debit or CC, your name and the exp. date. They want you to give them the first twelve digits so they can run up phony transactions. The funny thing was they gave me the last 4 digits of a card I cancelled last month because I thought they had too much info on me. IT'S A SCAM.
I have had 7 calls TODAY! They call off and on ALL day! I called the phone company today *ATT* and was told I can call the cops or add smartlimits which is $5.99 a month! I have tried to answer to tell them not to call me but as soon as I answer they hang up. I call back and get a beeping almost like a busy signal. VERY ANNOYING!
This number keeps calling. When I try & call back, it's buzy. They identify themselves as "Fast Grant". No one here has contacted them or is looking for a grant. They need to stop! It's several times a day & is very annoying. Any suggestions on who to report them to?
These people are calling every 20 minutes from 7pm to 9pm every day.
when you answer it they hang up or when they do speak,it's not in english.
This is very irratetating!!
They just called again which was only 10 minutes since the last call. It's like they try to call as much as they can before 9pm.
I'm getting very angry!!
"Hi Joanna, this is Grace calling form Gov Grants about the grant you applied for."
"No. I didn't apply for any grants. I have no idea how you got my phone number or how you know my name, but you called me yesterday and I told you to stop calling. So stop calling or I will report you. You number shows up on my phone and I'm sure the feds will have no problem tracing your calls."
Then I hung up. I don't think they'll be calling me anymore.
