Yes I got a call from officer Gary Smith.The same thing a payday loan .He said it was back in Oct 2006.He knew are bank account and everything.I could not understand him all that good.He That my mother-in-law and my friend was going to be arested.It got to the point I just hung up on him.So to let everybody know there is some one else out their doing this under the name Officer Gary Smith.It is very funny they all have english names but not one could speak very good englishI kept saying what what he was getting alittle upset that I did not understand him.Well they called us today about 8 times.And yes it was an indian accent.Today is March 20 iI will check back to see what you find out.He said it was in Ney York and in 3 days they were going to put it in the court here where I live in PA.
i got a call from officer sean miller (guy had a heavy accent, like he was from Africa) He had my ss # and wanted me to confirm it!! Beware, I don't know who these idiots are but they have some very personal info on me!!
I received a voice message today from Sean Miller from this number spoke with a middle eastern acccent, he referenced the last 4 digits of my ss# stating a legal matter is pending againest me and he could help get it resolved but I need to contact him as soon as possible because he could not leave the details on the voice mail and have a bless day. My mom google the phone number that brought her to this web site. Thanks for the heads up everyone because I thought I was in trouble. What a jerk!
Good old Detective Sean Miller is still at it, his message today "law enforment will be pucking you up today if I do not hear from you by 5pm." THIS IS TRULY A SCAM.
I received the same exact calls as you guys posted. I staied on the phone with this guy for like 15 minutes or so trying to figure out what he was talking about. This guy had an accent and sounded like he was middle eastern...he had my references and etc. But we kept getting disconnected. But due to that I kept calling back the number and when I called back once, the number accidentally called me back and my friend and I sat there listening to air and people talking in the background for several minutes. Then someone picked up the phone claiming to be Jason Connors. They too had an accent. Then I was called back again and was told that I had a court date today @ 11 and he sent affadavits to me. Well to make sure I still have my old bank statements at the time and proof that i didn't get anything from that company. But because i seen all of the post from you all I believe it's a scam. Also I just want to inform you all that he didn't call me from a 213 number it was a 941 BUT he told me to get back in touch with him using a 213 number. So they are changing it up on us so we can't find them...
