I too got a call from Officer Sean Miller from The Office of Law and investigation. He said that I owed cash net marketing money and I was being seued. I did get a pay day loan from a company a few years ago, but I paid them. He made this sound real because he had my ss#, my address, my bank account #. I almost sent them the money. A few things stopped me. They kept calling back, they could not send me anything, then he asked me how old I was. I said "don't you know". They did not have my birthdate and I think that they only have the last 4 digits of my ss#. This is scary. Someone is taking this information from the Payday loan companies. I will be calling the Attorney General's Office tomorrow.
I got a call from "Officer Sean Miller" phone number (646) 845-1902...he too had a lot of personal information on me and said I was being sued by Cashnet -- but couldn't send me any information -- he mentioned a bank that I said I never had an account with (i had it closed due to identity theft 2 years ago)...he said he was just trying to help me before the papers came and I was arrested. I called the Federal Trade Commision and and reported him and his Company Department of Law & Invesitgations -- he gave me their web site "www.eagleeyenc.com" which is based in India. My next call will be to the Attorney General's Office. He wanted me to confirm my ss #, but I asked why I should do that if he claimed to have so much info on me.
A MAN WITH A ACCENT CALLED REGARDING AN INVESTIGATION SAYING HIS NAME IS OFFICER HARRY WILSON. HE CALLED FROM 445-500-0226, I WAS UNABLE TO HEAR HIM SINCE I WAS ON A CELL & ASKED TO CALL HIM BACK, THE NUMBER HE GAVE WAS 213-255-7015, I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH. THANKS TO THIS POSTING SITE I WILL CONTACT MY PHONE PROVIDER TO LET THEM KNOW.
What in the world was that i just got the call. But the number was blocked out. I'm glad i look on the internet for this company because i was really about to get my lawyer. You guys saved the day because i was flipping in here. These people are crazy. The guy who called me was Office Andy Brown. It is a scam because i only take money from one company and i called them just to make sure i didn't owe them any money. They have no clue who cash net marketing is.
