You aren't a legal firm. You have been reported to the FBI and the Attorney General who have proved you are not a legal firm. You pay money to buy names and numbers of people and call them and act like they are in some sort of legal trouble so you can try to steal their identity. Maybe if you were from American you would realize that people aren't that freaking stupid.

I suggest you be careful because Dateline NBC will show up at your place sometime soon and you are being watched..crooks.

This is a complete scam.  These people call from different number but have the same accents and routine.  Please do NOT give these human scum any of your information.  Go to the FTC website and file a complaint.  These human scum are probably not even located in the US.

I am so fed up with you people "mark thomnpson" - you and your partners in crime have been calling and harassing me for 4 months - always from different names and number - but same accent and ridiculous story "we are downloading warrents against you" "your references will be arrested also" This is all grabage and what you are threatening to do is illeagal!!! You sound like idiots on the phone spouting all this goobldyguck legal phrases.  Not one debt you people have accused me of has proven valid - in fact I know have a stockpile of letters form all the companies you claim I owe saying they have never heard of me and I owe no debt to them.  Each time you call I file all the numbers and names yopu use with the FBI, the FTC Homeland Security and my state attroney general and I post your flim-flam story on every website I can find.  I cannot wait until you people are caught and get the punishment you so richly deserve for all the misery you are putting so many people through. Remember - what you put out in the world comes back to you twice over - so I guess I should say "good luck to you as the situation unfolds"

Nice to see that I wasn't the only guy around getting these types of calls.  Those that answer on the other end of the line are complete and total [***].  Yes, [***].  They don't identify themselves in any shape, way or form.  They are only out to separate you from your hard-earned money.  By law, a collection agency sends to send to you, the debtor, a written notification that they are attempting to collect a debt.  You then have 30 days to have a certified letter delivered to their office to dispute the debt.  

These jokers will

# 1 - never send you that notification
# 2 - never provide you with the address to send a dispute to


Report the call to the FTC.  They will give you a reference number.  Report the call to your state's Attorney General.  Report the call to your local police.  

For $5 I tracked down the last five known addresses on file for the number.  You can do this as well.  Honestly, it won't do you any good because its likely a number for a prepaid wireless phone Boost or Virgin Mobile service.  The number is properly set up to automatically forward calls to another number located in a completely different part of the country, or the globe.  If you get the number shut off, they will just change area codes and try again.  

Since telling the guy on the phone that I've reported to all the local law enforcement, the Attorney General and the FTC I haven't received another call.  If you prove to them that you are smarter than them - which really isn't that difficult to do, they ARE retarded after all - they back off.  They only want someone that is wiling to give them an account number and routing number from their bank or do a wire transfer.
