RUDE!!!they called my work and my cell and said to call back ASAP if i did not they felt sorry for me and good luck. Get a lawyer. That's what I was told. When i called back 213-256-0408 they didn't want to tell me the company name all they said i had a pay day loan from 2008 i didn't pay. HELLO
okay, for one thing, you really can't spell, so to me, I think you are part of this scamming operation to trick decent folks into paying these foreign [***] money. Besides that, the Attorney General's Office does not threaten people when it comes to "payday loans" get your [***] straight
I recieved a call from this individual Kevin Flores (if that's his real name). He stated that I took out a loan from a webite in 09' and I owe $495.00 including fees. when I start asking questions he couldnt ask them because he stated he was not a collection agency. he tried to ask me my info but I refused and told why I didnt get any documents about this loan ( which I know I dont have) and he could not answer that.
He called my job as well... I specifically told him not to call my job or cell phone anymore. This is a total scam. I even looked up the number and firm it's non existant no business does that.....
So please if you get a call from this number look into it and report it.. Im a private Investigator so Im going to try to see if I can locate these fools and get them arrested.
Also please be careful filling out applications from websites that's where they getting your info from and using it so if they are asking you about your info, deny it even if it right. That can might lead to identy theft or worst.
