RUDE!!!they called my work and my cell and said to call back ASAP if i did not they felt sorry for me and good luck. Get a lawyer. That's what I was told. When i called back 213-256-0408 they didn't want to tell me the company name all they said i had a pay day loan from 2008 i didn't pay. HELLO
I some how doubt they do. How are we the idiots when we all happen to know for a fact his firm is set up in some warehouse in New Dehli? How are we idiots when we know the collection laws better than those threatening us?
We know our rights, we can all read, we all know that a real law firm in America is not just going to call and threaten us with things that are illegal under the Fair Credit Act and refuse to provide written proof of the debt. They also do not piggy back on numbers out of Asian countries. The law is in effect to protect us.

I called all the fed agancies I could about them, I started a blog, and if they start calling again, I am taking it to my local paper to get the word out as to what they can do to know this morons off the horse.
I asked the fu*&er for there licence number and there information and he told me he did not have to give it to me. that is bull $h!t. by law any gov agency has to give there information to you to prove who they are. If you get a call from this number to not let them finish to call hang up on them.
