I just got a call from this company called Mandatory Arbitration Services saying that i owe money from a payday loan back in 2010. This lady was very rude saying that John Spencer was the attorney and that i had 48 hours to pay $700 or i will get arrested or brought to court to pay $970. She right away asked me to give her my credit card information. I asked her for her company website and to send me proof of what she was talking about and she refused to send me anything until i gave her my credit card information. The number she called from was 213-261-0580 ext 305. I seen a lot of similar posts of this kind of scam not to mention i used to work for collections in Van Nuys, CA and people in the office would lie about being cops and attorneys to get peoples money.
