Just now received the same type of "recorded" call about a debt. I have none. However, this is the 8th or 9th call I have received on my cell phone over the past 3 months from 213-261-0218. There have been other originating calls - one located in the state of Michigan! Same recorded name - JAMES HOWARD same threats of lawsuit, saying this person represents arbitration of district court, etc. No matter what the origination phone number is, the return call is always to 888-347-2365.

I just got this intimidating voice recorded message from this caller Mandatory Arbitration. It did not ask for anyone in particular and gave out a case number and a 48 hour time window to call back in regards to arbitrary litigation.
I felt the call was a scam or a prank so I called back 213-261-0580 to learn more about the caller. I heard a lot of background noise and the answer was nothing professional, just a "hello". When I asked which company it was, a woman replied that it was Mandatory Arbitration and I hang up. It is clearly a scam. I have no debts in collection and/or pending litigation neither do other members of my household.
