received calls on my cell phone from this 213 number, I do not know anyone in this area. did not pick up. has to be a telemarketer!

Didn't answer, but like some others this caller phoned twice in rapid succession. Maybe a psych tactic intended to give the impression someone REALLY needs to speak to me — better answer. Con games from conmen. Conpersons?
