Who called from 2132667289

It's a robo call in Spanish, which I don't speak and have no idea what it's saying.

Called two times in a row - declined both calls and blocked. So annoying.

Picked up and received a spanish recorded message.  Blocked.

213-266-7289 called me twice first time at 1:08pm on 12/27/16 I missed the call they didn't leave a message. Then they called again 12/27/16 @ 1:12pm I answered and a recorded message came on with a man speaking Spanish. I hung within 2 seconds because I don't speak or understand Spanish.

My wife got a call twice from +1 (213) 266-7289, she answered both times and both times no one answered so we blocked it. An hour later I got the same call on my cell phone?!?!???
