Who called from 2132674532

Multiple calls from this number today . Only one or two rings and no message left . Phone id shows "LOS ANGELES CA" .

Looked the number up here and decided to call it back for the fun of it (and while covering up the phone mouth piece). Well a mexican man answered in spanish saying hello multiple times , then hung up ; but I could hear a large room of spammer callers in the backround . Knowing its a spammer-robo caller ,  just going to block it .

These people call have a recording in Spanish. When you call them back they hang up on you. They use multiple numbers and constantly do this.

I hope this is not a scam.. the stupid recording in Spanish is saying that they are going to install a digital reader for your electric bill and your bill will increase by 25%.  I am so sick of these calls.
