I'm on the do not call list so I filed a complaint to let them deal with those people.

received more than 6 calls from this number today!  called back and was greeted in Spanish.  Nobody in my household speaks Spanih

Left message in Spanish....I don't Spanish..I did understand the word casa...so my guess is that it is a telemarketer trying to sell me something for a house
