The person says they are with the Treasury Department and if you call them back they try to threaten you with different things. They are definitely foreigners from Central Asia or Middle East.
These same crooks robo-dialed us again almost exactly 24 hours since the last call immediately above. They robo-messaged our answering machine again with the same stupid recorded message and phone number. But this time our caller ID read :Out of Area" and their Phone Number read "0911". Stupid Idiots!! They certainly don't know how to display a US phone number. The IRS sends mail, they would never spoof caller ID's and or phone numbers.
Lawsuit filed against you. Your case number is CH 76295. The moment you receive this message I need you or your retained attorney of records to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My phone number is 213-289-3844. Do not disregard this message and do return the call. No one (American, that is) would say: "Good luck as the situation totally UNFOLDS on you." Hahahaha! Only Nigerian or Pakistani scammers not well-versed in English (but trying to sound professional and intimidating) would come up with such absurd grammar.
