I got a phone call from this number 213-337-8679. This guy said that I had to pax taxes and they will send me someone to arrest me... of course it is a spam. Be careful with this number and this people.
I received two phone messages from this number. My first clue was it was addressed to my 11 year old daughter.. He was very hard to understand but basically saying the same type of stuff other people have posted. He was from Legal
Affairs with the US treasury and his name was David Miller. He indicated she was going to be in big trouble since she hadn't returned his phone calls... I was going to call the number, but checked online first and found that it was indeed a scam... so I'm not going to bother... Should we be reporting this to someone??
I got scammed by these people today I'm ashamed to say. They also have another telephone number which is 301-357-8830. After we paid them they said we owed even more from another tax year. I told them to come arrest me & I called the police. Something needs to be done about these jerks!!! I have been a law abidig citizen all my life but they were very convincing. Please beware of them!
This man claiming to be Robert Matthews from the department of treasury tried to scam me out of 2000 dollars using the name of the IRS threatening me with immediate arrest of I did not comply. This number has been given to the police.
Will somebody arrest this foreign sonofabeeitch please! Got spam calls from this Indian guy (probably Indian, judging by his accent). This is the U.S.! How do the authorities just let these sonsofbeeitches harass its citizens like that? Ridiculous!
