Just checked my messages on my house phone and it was California saying the IRS is opening a law suit against me. I knew it was a scam because usually the IRS contacts you by mail first I believe. But checked anyways. Stupid scammers!
Just received the same voice mail 213-402-0484 California number with the same BS. Wanted to know if can pay today.
IRS does not work like that. They will contact you via mail with a name and a contact to settle your debt or to just ask questions. Darn SCAMMERS

I so foolishly called them back & gave him my name,birthday & last for numbers of my ss then it dawned on me the IRS don't call people they send you mail... Man I just hope I didn't screw myself
