This guy calls n disrespect me yelling n telling me I'm going jail n I've never had debt with credit card...refused to listen to me..kept wanting to argue with me so I hung up...how did he get my social???
Yeah they first called my wife, she asked for information and the lady got so rude with her. After she hung up on my wife, she called my place of employment stating that in order for me to avoid further legal actions i needed to call them within 2 hours. So after my wife told me what happened, and now my work I called. The guy was very disrespectul, had some of my information (some was old) However, it claimed it was for a payday loan debt from 6 years ago (havent gotten one of those) - So when I asked for documentation, etc he REFUSED to send it me because he stated they sent it already! After several minutes of them not giving me information and me not budging until I got information he hung up!
Yes got same call. No papers served. Have call recorded. Put me on hold to find my "file". For 5 min. Then hung up he called back. I didnt answer. Havent heard from again.
