I got a phone call from this number today during a business meeting. Like the rest, the did not leave a number. It is now 10pm my time and I figure they would be closed and I would get an automated system...WRONG! Someone answered the phone before it ranged on my end. She try to tell me that I applied for a grant and all this other stuff. I asked her what info she had on me and she read back to me: my name, phone number and home address. I sure hope they don't have anything else about me.

Most likely they are using VOIP or something like grandcentral to mask their number, so a complaint will not do a lot of good unless enough damages are proven to get law enforcement involved.
