Called claiming to be Miss Barbara from Bank of America and they have a check in my name. Lucky me! Too bad it was such a horrible connection and I wasn't sure of the number I was supposed to call back.
Received voicemail at my work number (6/14/12 10:08 am CST) and it was an american woman named Renee that stated that she was a private investigator and that I had a claim filed against me and that I needed to call 210-892-1235 and give my case number SDIN-1958 and that myself or my attorney would have to contact them in 24-48 hours. I didn't return the call nor do I intend to, what a scam!!
