It says that if the same number calls you again after you asked them not to you can file a complaint with the FCC.

The only thing I wonder about is that the FCC rulings pertain to intrastate and interstate calls. They don't seem to cover international calls. Also, if the person SAYS they are calling from a non-profit organization they are technically exempt. We NEED to do something about these people using the telephone to tell lies and try scams. Folks running con games on the sidewalk can be arrested. We need to figure out some way to make these phone activities criminal. I am going to report this to my local newspaper ASAP.

Received call from this # asking for person who handled the Xerox copier. They wanted to give me new toner prices. When I told them all of our toner was ordered through corporate office they hung up on me.

Received a call from this number, person on the phone seemed very unprofessional, he kept pausing and saying um..and more pauses..then he asked for a person that doesn't work here.  He said he was calling from the Car Dealership regarding a payoff...very weird!

I too received a call today from I Link Communications 213-457-0323 - The person on the other end of the line wanted to discuss Medicare Part D Insurance.  Must be a "secret" shopper.   Made the mistake of answering the call - too busy to deal with this.
