It says that if the same number calls you again after you asked them not to you can file a complaint with the FCC.
The only thing I wonder about is that the FCC rulings pertain to intrastate and interstate calls. They don't seem to cover international calls. Also, if the person SAYS they are calling from a non-profit organization they are technically exempt. We NEED to do something about these people using the telephone to tell lies and try scams. Folks running con games on the sidewalk can be arrested. We need to figure out some way to make these phone activities criminal. I am going to report this to my local newspaper ASAP.
