I received this very same message on my phone this morning. Prior to this message I got a call from 1-408-356-1429 in L.A. probably same scammers!

I just got call from (213)533-0482 his name is John Marshall, he said i own the IRS 2009 is $4771,22, have have to pay right now if not police will put me in the jail. His Badge ID #61602

I received a call from 213-533-0482 his name Mark Johnson, with a heavy Idian accent said that i own tax from the IRS $3000, need to take care of the matter right away or i will be arrest in 2 hours.
