This number just called our business and talked about a free magazine subscription... When I said no thanks the guy said alright this is a prank phone call anyway... Weird!
Third time they called and hung up. Time to try out the "blacklist" feature of my "almost free" PBX in a Flash phone system from www.nerdvittles.com . Now they will only hear a message that the number you have dialed is not in service, please check the number. We can fight back with technology!
I answered the first time they called - they claimed to be from a free trade publication that I receive (Quality Magazine). They wanted me to do a survey - I could barely understand the guy so I told him no and hung up. Now I have at least one call a day from this number or 213-537-1438, I assume they are related, I don't answer either one.
They just won't give up. First call at 08:45, second at 10:15, third at 12:45, fourth at 18:20. Similar scenario for the past month, No one ever there.
