My caller was the same Gerry Thompson who called "eav" (above) and left a callback No. of 213-550-1062. I never talked to him but my wife did. After she told him she didn't know how to run my computer he asked if my kids would turn it on. Next day he called back and asked my 11 yr old to turn it on. My 13 yr old hung up on him. Don't know about anyone else here but I've noticed he tends to call around the time that kids would be home from school without their parents around.
i recive a call from windows support n they provide me a good service n they clear all the virus from my computer and fix all kind of problem in that n they r not a scam.......
