I needed a refill and couldn't get my doctor to prescribe a replacement because of the nature of my medication. I desperately ordered from them. BIG MISTAKE. These people are scammers and are very persistent. I am blocking their calls now.
This number cALLED ME ON 10/25/10, SAID THEY WOULD HELP PAY OFF MY DEBTS & credit cards. I was upset, said I do not have ANY debts, & how did she get my cell phone number. She had my first name correct, but mumbled a incorrect last name, & would not tell me how she got my number. Since I am 72 yrs. old, and we have had a business in this state now going into its 78th. yr. I was concerned . Now I see this has happened to other people. Thank goodness I am learning about the internet.
Called once on my OFFICE phone, and twice on my cell phone today. Didn't recognize it, and glad now I didn't pick-up. On my cellphone, I just added the number to my "SCAM" contact to which I've assigned a barking dog ringtone. That is my cathartic relief hearing that ringtone, imagining a pit bull barking at an intruder - otherwise I would assign a ringtone of "silence".
For home phones, I recommend screening all calls through an answering machine. If it's important, they'll eventually leave a message. I've taken-on the additional process of recording the telephone company's 3-tone "disconnected" signal at the very beginning of my outgoing message. When the robot dialers encounter that, eventually the number is dropped from their "dial" list. Eventually...
But, because these phone spammers sell each other their phone lists, it will take many months before there is a noticeable reduction in the calls, but it does work.
this unknown outfit (selling meds, incorrigible, no ethics - terrible telemarketers) has been calling my "new" mobile number for 3+ years, using multiple numbers, some without caller ID; but they are all the same: asking for the same person (not me), can't have a reasonable conversation with them, never remove my number from their list after repeated requests, never stop.....
