They have called my cell phone twice today. I have answered both times. The first call no one said anything. The second time they wanted to speak to the homeowner. Wanted to know if I wanted a wireless security system for free. Told them "no" and hung up. My cell phone is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.
Yes, they've been calling me too. Once today and once yesterday, and from the looks of your comments, I'm going to receive a bunch more calls too. Yippee. Isn't the "do not call" registry supposed to take care of this? Especially so I'm not wasting money on my cell phone??
Started receiving calls from this number yesterday. Today I finally answered the phone and after saying hello 3 times someone started talking about looking for a home to place an advertising sign in the yard for a home security company...asked me to spell my first and last name & I in turn asked them to quit calling me :) I recommend going to your wireless carrier (mine is Verizon) and adding the number as a blocked number on your phone (spam) & problem should be solved. I was able to do this online & didn't even have to call Verizon (& it is free to do).
