I received a call from this man very rude cant understand him lol, he claimed to put me on with a supervisor (not) and 3 times in a row told me [***] YOU and hung up.He called my husband (separated) and used his parents last name with his first. Called my neighbor thats how I got this number he is an idiot and everytime i said scammer and fraud is when he told me [***] YOU. They dont even do payday loans in my state to make the matter even worse. This stupid man does not get this fact to leave me alone,lol. Not to mention I do not live in that state for the longest.
I received a csll several weeks ago about the same exact situation as all the other individuals except last week (July 1,2009) I got a call from the same type of people with heavy accents. The guys name was Jack Roberts and his supervisor John Hudson. Even though I had taken out a loan back in January of 2008, they told me that I never paid that loan back. I thought it was funny because all other times I had done this, the money was taken out of my checking account so I knew I had paid it all back but I questioned myself and believed what they told me. I even went as far as taking money out of my 401K because I didn't have the money to pay back in full and I didn't want this hanging over my head. I had just recently had a 5% decrease in pay and just began paying child support so I have very little money as it is. The fax number they told me to fax an apology letter to was 213-596-5767. Exactly the same one as the others have described. I'm so glad to have read these letters because I still wasn't sure whether to believe it or not. I noticed that my bank account had a $100.00 pending item on it from TAC Evolution in Babylon New York which is where apparently they have the money going to. I'n not sure what it is. I had to cancel my debit card from my bank account and now can't use it until I get a new one in 10 days or so. Hopefully they won't get their money like they thought. I can only hope. I just hate the fact that I borrowed against my 401K and now will have to pay the penalties that go along with doing that. It's unfortunate and I thought I would always be careful in what I do. Now I hope I can stop them from calling my home and my work. Guess I'll try telling them I will report them to the BBB and my local police department. I also had a hard time understanding them as they had heavy accents.
I received the call today about four times in a row. The message that was left was a middle eastern man by the name of Officer Paul Mckenzie. I stopped by the police station on the way home because they said that all my actions are time sensitive and that "May God help me." He kept telling me "God bless you" before he hung up. The officer called the number back becuase he didnt like the way this guy was threatening me. Sure enough it was the Hudson Law Office in L.A. I found this when i got home and decided to comment on the fraud calls.
Yes I did get a call from him to and he had also threatened me to. He wanted me to fax my info and my bank account number to him with a payment. I told him I had no access to a fax machine and I would not be able to fax to him. He was on the phone with me for almost an hr and I told him Icouldnt do it. He got so mad at me he hung up the phone.
